PlayShip Mini Periscope Panel is a mechanical assembly of periscope panel rail, periscope mounting bar and periscope. Periscope panel rail is a welded assembly of 1.315” (33mm) O.D. x 12 gauge (3mm) Allied Flo-Coat® galvanized steel tube, 1.029” (26mm) O.D. x 14 gauge (2mm) Allied Flo-Coat® galvanized steel tube, and 0.1875” x 1.75” (5mm x 44mm) zinc-plated hot-rolled mild flat steel. Entire assembly is powder-coat painted. Periscope mounting bar is welded assembly of 1.5” (38mm) square x 14 gauge (3mm) Allied Flo-Coat® galvanized steel tube, 1.315” (33mm) O.D. x 12 gauge (3mm) Allied Flo-Coat® galvanized steel tube, 0.375” (9mm) cold formed steel round bar and 0.1875” x 1.75” (5mm x 44mm) zinc-plated hot-rolled mild flat steel. Entire assembly is powder-coat painted. Periscope is a mechanical assembly of 3.5” (90mm) round x 8 gauge (3mm) Allied Flo-Coat® galvanized steel tube, 2.5” (64mm) square x 12 gauge (3mm) Allied Flo-Coat® galvanized steel tube, 1.03” O.D. x 0.51” I.D. (26mm x 13mm) nylatron bushing, 16 gauge (2mm) mirrored stainless steel, 0.25” x 2.25” (6mm x 57mm) hot-rolled mild flat steel, 0.1875” x 2” (5mm x 51mm) hot-rolled mild flat steel, 0.25 (6mm) Lexan® sheet and 0.75” (19mm) bi-color sheet polyethylene. Steel parts are powder-coat painted.
