Microgravity Spinner is a mechanical assembly of core, top support, non-skid base, base leg, bearing casement and nylatron bearing. Core consists of frame, a 1.875” (48mm) ball hitch and 2” (50mm) O.D. x 1” (25mm) hitch puck. The core frame is a welded assembly of 1.315” (33mm) O.D. x 12 gauge (3mm) Allied Flo-Coat® galvanized steel tube, 2.375” (60mm) O.D. x 10 gauge (3mm) Allied Flo-Coat® galvanized steel tube, and 2.875” (73mm) O.D. x 10 gauge (4mm) Allied Flo-Coat® galvanized steel tube. Top support is a welded assembly of 2.375” (60mm) O.D. x 10 gauge (3mm) Allied Flo-Coat® galvanized steel tube, 1.029” (26mm) O.D. x 14 gauge (2mm) Allied Flo-Coat® galvanized steel tube, and 10 gauge (3mm) satin-coated steel sheet. Non-skid base is 0.75” (19mm) anti-skid marine-grade polymer. Base leg is a welded assembly of 2.375” (60mm) O.D. x 10 gauge (3mm) Allied Flo-Coat® galvanized steel tube, and 1.9” (48mm) O.D. x 11 gauge (3mm) Allied Flo-Coat® galvanized steel tube. Bearing casement is a welded assembly of 2.875” (73mm) O.D. x 8 gauge (4mm) Allied Flo-Coat® galvanized steel tube and 0.25” x 3” (6mm x 76mm) zinc-plated hot-rolled mild flat steel. Core, top support, base leg and bearing casement are powder-coat painted. Nylatron bearing is a mechanical assembly to be fully assembled after painting with food grade oil.
