Playfort Crawl Tunnel is a mechanical assembly of tunnel, end panels, turning bar, and panel brackets. Tunnel is minimum 30” (762mm) I.D. rotationally-molded medium-density polyethylene tube with an average wall thickness of 0.375” (5mm). End panels are recycled non-porous high density polyethylene (HDPE). Turning bar and panel brackets are 0.1875” x 1.75” (5mm x 44mm) zinc-plated hot-rolled mild flat steel. Turning bar and panel brackets are powder-coat painted.Playfort Magnifying Panel is a mechanical assembly of panel brackets and recycled plastic boards. Panel brackets are a welded assembly of 0.1875” x 1.75” (5mm x 44mm) zinc-plated hot-rolled mild flat steel. Panel brackets are powder-coat painted.
