Round Maze Wheel Panel is a mechanical assembly of steel frame, panel brackets, panel, and wheel. Steel frame is constructured of a welded assembly of 2.375” O.D. x 10 guage Allied Flo-Coat galvanized steel tube. 1.66” O.D. x 11 guage Allied Flo-Coat galvanized steel tube. Panel brackets are a welded assembly of 0.1875” x 1.75” (5mm x 44mm) zinc-plated hot-rolled mild flat steel. Panel brackets are powder-coat painted. Maze wheel is 0.75” (19mm) bi-color sheet polyethylene with sheet of 0.1875” (5mm) Lexan®. Puck is 0.75” (19mm) bi-color sheet polyethylene. Bracket is a welded assembly of 1.315” (33mm) O.D. x 12 gauge (3mm) Allied Flo-Coat® galvanized steel tube, 1.029” (26mm) O.D. x 14 gauge (2mm) Allied Flo-Coat® galvanized steel tube, and 10 gauge (3mm) satin-coated steel sheet. Bracket is powder-coat painted. Ball bearing is 0.4375” (11mm) dia.
