How to exercise on the machine?

Use : Lay down on the bench and anchor your legs under the bars. Execute sit-ups with your hands crossed over your chest. Your legs are bent.

Routine : We recommend 3 sets, 8-12 reps each, with a break between the sets, depending on the current health condition of the user. Should you feel any pain, stop your workout immediately.
