How to exercise on the machine?
Use : Sit down on the seat, lean your back towards the backrest and push the handles forward with both hands simultaneously.
Routine : We recommend 3 sets, 6 – 12 reps each, with a break between the sets, depending on the current health condition of the user. Should you feel any pain, stop your workout immediately.
