Note : The machine can be made with one, two, three or four plates. The maximum weight of the user is 120 kg. The other person is prohibited from entering within 2 m of the user. The device must only be used by persons over 14 years of age. Uses other than those mentioned are prohibited.

How do you train on a machine?
Use : Grab the handle, stand with your feet on the rotating plate. Slowly turn the body from one side to the other.
Implementation We recommend 3 series after 30 seconds with a break between series according to the physical condition of the training person. Exercises must be performed without swinging, slow down in extreme positions and smoothly returning to the starting position. If you feel any pain, stop exercising.
