How do you train on a machine?
Use : Sit on the bench and lean back. Put your feet on the pedals and take your feet at a regular pace.
Implementation We recommend 3-5 series after about 3 minutes with a break according to the physical condition of the exercise person. If you feel any pain, stop exercising.
