Note : The maximum weight of one user is 120 kg. The other person is prohibited from entering the user within 2 m. The device may only be used unattended by persons over 14 years of age. Uses other than those mentioned are prohibited.

How do you train on a machine?

Use: U CZ 01 : Face or back, grab the handles of small wheels with both hands and turn right and left, change the direction of rotation after each series. U CZ 05: Firmly grasp the handles with both hands and stand on the pedals. Move your arms and legs forward and backward as you would when walking. U CZ 11: sit on the seat, rest your back on the backrest and grab the handles. Pull the handles downwards.

Implementation We recommend 3 -5 seri after about 3 minutes with a break according to the physical condition of the exerciser. If you feel any pain, stop exercising.
