Note : The maximum weight of the user is 120 kg. The other person within 2 m of the user is prohibited from entering. The device may only be used unattended by persons over 14 years of age. Uses other than those mentioned are prohibited.
Safety instructions : Exercise slowly and smoothly. If the load is too heavy, physical problems may occur. In case of doubt, consult your doctor. Do not use the device if its surface is icy, slippery, hot or visibly damaged. There’s a risk of injury.
How do you train on a machine?
Use : Exercise A: put your feet upside down on the bench and put your feet against the rung. Make movements seated – lie with your arms crossed on your chest. Keep your legs in a bent position. Exercise B: lie up on the bench and take the rungs behind your head. Lift your bent legs.
Implementation We recommend 3 series every 10 exercises with a break between series according to the physical condition of the training person. If you feel any pain, stop exercising.
