Double Overhead Rotator is a mechanical assembly of beam, support bar, rotating assembly and wheel. Beam is a welded assembly of 2.375” (60mm) O.D. x 10 gauge (3mm) Allied Flo-Coat® galvanized steel tube, and 0.25” x 6” (16mm x 152mm) zinc-plated hot-rolled mild flat steel. Support bar is a welded assembly of 1.5” x 3” (38mm x 76mm) rectangular x 11 gauge (3mm) Allied Flo-Coat® galvanized steel tube, and 0.1875” x 1.75” (5mm x 44mm) zinc-plated hot-rolled mild flat steel. The rotating assembly is a mechanical assembly of the bearings, welded/threaded column shaft, bearing washers, and bearing housing. Rotating assembly is a welded assembly of 2.875” (73mm) O.D. x 8 gauge (4mm) Allied Flo-Coat® galvanized steel tube and 0.25” x 3” (16mm x 76mm) zinc-plated hot-rolled mild flat steel. Wheel is a welded assembly of 1.315” (33mm) O.D. x 12 gauge (3mm) Allied Flo-Coat® galvanized steel tube, 3” (76mm) O.D. x 0.120” (3mm) hollow structural steel tube, 1.029” (26mm) O.D. x 14 gauge (2mm) Allied Flo-Coat® galvanized steel tube, and 0.25” (6mm) x 3” (76mm) hot-rolled mild steel flat bar. Entire assembly is powder-coat painted.
