Note : The maximum weight of the user is 120 kg. The other person is prohibited from entering a distance of 2m from the user. The device may only be used unattended by persons over 16 years of age. Use other than that is prohibited.
How do you train on a machine?
Use : Grab the handle and stand on the pedals, adjust your center of gravity and move your feet alternately forward and back. Always rotate the legs and do not move both legs in the same direction.
Implementation We recommend walking at a minimum of 10 minutes at a normal pace and according to the physical condition of the exercise person. If you feel any pain, stop exercising.
