How do you train on a machine?
Use : When exercising on the twist, grab the handle with both hands, stand with your feet on the turn turn and maintain balance. Slowly turn the body from one side to the other. When exercising on the surfboard, grab the handles with both hands, stand on the pedal and move from one side to the other with a smiss of movement.
Implementation We recommend 3 series after 2 minutes with a one-minute break between series and further according to the physical condition of the training person. If you feel any pain, stop exercising.
