Note : The maximum weight of the user is 120 kg. Another non-practicing person is prohibited from entering within 2m of the user. The device may only be used unattended by persons with a minimum height of 140 cm. Use other than that is prohibited. The equipment complies with ČSN EN 16630.

How do you train on a machine?
Use : Sit on the seat and grab the handles with both hands. Pull the handles towards you to the shoulder level – the seat will start to rise. Then slowly release the forces in your arms and return to the starting position.
Implementation We recommend 3 series every 10 exercises with a one-minute break between series and further according to the physical condition of the training person. Perform exercises rhythmically and in such a way as to avoid excessive exertion of force. If you feel any pain, stop exercising.
