Note : The maximum weight of the user is 120 kg. Another non-practicing person is prohibited from entering within 2m of the user. The device may only be used unattended by persons with a minimum height of 140 cm. Use other than that is prohibited. The equipment complies with ČSN EN 16630.

How do you train on a machine?
Use : Put your back on the device, grab the handles with both hands and slowly bend back and forth to the starting position.
Implementation Always according to the physical condition of the exercise person. Exercise slowly and avoid sharp movements. If you feel any pain, stop exercising.
