Note : The maximum weight of the user is 120 kg. The other person is prohibited from entering a distance of 2m from the user. The device may only be used unattended by persons over 16 years of age. Use other than that is prohibited.
How do you train on a machine?
Use : Sit on the seat, hold the handles tightly with your hands and put your feet against the pedals. Simulate the movement of rowing.
Implementation We recommend 3 series after 15 exercises with a one-minute break and further according to the physical condition of the exercise person. Perform exercises rhythmically and slowly. If you feel any pain, stop exercising.
