How do you train on a machine?
Use : Face or back, grab the handles of small wheels with both hands and turn right and left, change the direction of rotation after each series. Grab the handles of the large wheel, turning alternately right and left.
Implementation We recommend 3 series of 10-15 exercises with a break according to the physical condition of the exercise person. If you feel any pain, stop exercising.
