Note : The maximum weight of the user is 120 kg. The other person is prohibited from entering a distance of 2m to the user. The device may only be used unattended by persons over 16 years of age. Use other than that is prohibited.

How do you train on a machine?
Use : Hold the handles firmly with both hands and stand on the pedals. Move your arms and legs forward and backward as you would when walking.
Implementation We recommend 3 -5 seri after about 3 minutes with a break according to the physical condition of the exerciser. If you feel any pain, stop exercising.
