Note : The maximum weight of the user is 120 kg. The other person is prohibited from entering within 2 m of the user. The device may only be used unattended by persons over 14 years of age.

How do you train on a machine?
Use : Firmly grasp the chins and jump to the position with your arms outstretched. We can do push-ups or hand. When incising, lower as lowerly as possible with a breath. Keep your body firm, back and pelvic muscles tight. With exudation, straighten your hands to the starting position. Do not practice with a swing, but with a stroke – otherwise there may be an injury!
Implementation We recommend 3 series every 1-5 exercises with a break between series according to the physical condition of the training person. If you feel any pain, stop exercising.
