Traditional Slide – 5′ Twister Slide is a mechanical assembly of slide assembly, ladder, deck, cross bar and safety barriers. Twister Slide is a mechanical assembly of slide, slide angle, ground legs, and mid support leg. Slide is one-piece, double-wall, rotationally-molded medium-density polyethylene with an average wall thickness of 0.3125” (8mm). Slide has no seams, joints, or exposed hardware. Slide bed is minimum 16” (406mm) wide. Slide angle is a welded assembly of 10 gauge (3mm) satin-coated steel sheet. Ground legs are a mechanical assembly of legs and mount. Legs are 1.315” (33mm) O.D. x 12 gauge (3mm) Allied Flo-Coat® galvanized steel tube. Mount is a welded assembly of 1” x 1” x 0.125” (25mm x 25mm x 3mm) hot-rolled steel angle and 0.1875” x 2” (5mm x 51mm) zinc-plated hot-rolled mild flat steel. Mid support leg is a mechanical assembly of leg and mount. Leg is 1.66″ (42mm) x 10 gauge (3mm) Allied Flo-Coat® galvanized steel tube. Mount is a welded assembly of 0.25″ x 2” (5mm x 51mm) zinc-plated hot-rolled mild flat steel. Ladder is a mechanical assembly of 3.5″ O.D. x 13 gauge Allied Flo-coat galvanized steel tube, 10 gauge (3mm) satin-coated steel sheet, 1.315” (33mm) O.D. x 12 gauge (3mm) Allied Flo-Coat® galvanized steel tube. Deck is a welded assembly of deck, support rib. Deck is a formed assembly of 12 gauge top sheet steel. Support ribs are a formed assembly of 12 gauge to sheet steel. Deck is coated with non-skid PVC. Cross bar is 1.315″ (33mm) O.D. x 12 gauge (3mm) Allied Flo-Coat® galvanized steel tube. Safety barrier is a mechanical assembly of 10 gauge (3mm) satin-coated steel sheet and 0.75” (19mm) bi-colour sheet polyethylene. Ladder, slide angle, ground legs, cross bar, and safety barrier steel sheet are powder-coat painted.
