How do you train on a machine?
Use : Grab the handles, spread your legs to shoulder width and look forward. Rotate the right and left wheel clockwise at the same time. After each series, change the direction of rotation.
Implementation We recommend 3 series after one minute on the arm and further according to the physical condition of the training person. Exercise slowly and avoid sharp movements. If you feel any pain, stop exercising.
