How do you train on a machine?
Use : Hold the handles firmly with both hands and stand on the pedals. Move your arms and legs forward and backward as you would when walking.
Implementation We recommend 3-5 exercises after 3 minutes with a one-minute break and further according to the physical condition of the exercise person. If you feel any pain, stop exercising.
