Note : The maximum weight of the user is 120 kg. The other person is prohibited from entering a distance of 2m from the user. The device may only be used unattended by persons over 16 years of age. Use other than that is prohibited.
How do you train on a machine?
Use : Sit on the seat, put your feet on the pedals and grab the handles with your hands. Push your feet away from each other and your hands towards you – the seat will start to rise with you. Slowly return to the starting position.
Implementation We recommend 3 series of 10-15 exercises with a one-minute break between series and further according to the physical condition of the training person. If you feel any pain, stop exercising.
