How do you train on a machine?
Use : Firmly grasp the chins and get to the position with your arms outstretched by jumping or swinging. With a breath, lower yourself as much as possible in a controlled way. Keep your body firm, back and pelvic muscles tight. With exudation, straighten your hands to the starting position.
Implementation We recommend 3 series every 8 -12 exercises with a one-minute break between series and further according to the physical condition of the training person. If you feel any pain, stop exercising.
