Note : The maximum weight of the user is 120 kg. The other person is prohibited from entering a distance of 2m from the user. The device may only be used unattended by persons over 16 years of age. Use other than that is prohibited.
How do you train on a machine?
Use : Sit on the seat and grab the handles with both hands. Push the handles forward – the seat will move slightly in the direction from the central column. Then slowly return to the starting position.
Implementation We recommend 3 series every 10 exercises with a one-minute break between series and further according to the physical condition of the training person. Perform exercises rhythmically and in such a way as to avoid excessive exertion of force. If you feel any pain, stop exercising.
