Note : Maximum allowed weight of a user is 120 kg. The area of 2 meters from the user/machine must stay clear during the workout.
Safety instructions : Without attendance, kids with minimum height 140 cm are not allowed. Other than proper use is prohibited. The device is in compliance with the standard CSN EN 16630.
How to exercise on the machine?
Use : With machine SW 04- TREADLE-MACHINE: sit down on the seat, lean your back towards the backrest and rest your feet on the footrests. Place your
hands on your knees and push towards the footrests until your legs are straight. With machine SW 19- BENCH: sit down on the seat, lean your back towards the
backrest and push the handles forward with both hands simultaneously.
Routine : We recommend 3 sets, 12 reps each, with break between individual sets according to the user‘s actual physical/health condition.
