How to exercise on the machine?
Use : Grasp handles firmly with both hands and stand on the pedals. Move your arms and legs forward and backward just like you walk.
Routine : We recommend 3 – 5 sets, 3 minutes each, with a break between the sets, depending on the current health condition of the user. Should you feel any pain, stop your workout immediately.
