Note : The maximum weight of the user is 120 kg. Another non-practicing person is prohibited from entering within 2m of the user. The device may only be used unattended by persons with a minimum height of 140 cm. Use other than that is prohibited. The equipment complies with ČSN EN 16630.

How do you train on a machine?
Use : Sit in front of the pedal and rest your back firmly on the seat. Put your feet in the hookers, kill with your feet at a regular pace and imitate the treadmill movement.
Implementation Always according to the physical condition of the exercise person. Perform the exercise rhythmically. If you feel any pain, stop exercising.
