How do you train on a machine?
Use : Grab the handle, stand on the footpaths and move your feet alternately forwards and backs. Never move both feet in the same direction.
Implementation We recommend 3-5 series after about 3 minutes with a break according to the physical condition of the exercise person. If you feel any pain, stop exercising.
