Note : The maximum weight of the user per machine is 120 kg. Other non-practicing persons are not allowed within 2 m of the device. The device may only be used unattended by persons over 14 years of age. Uses other than those mentioned are prohibited.

How do you train on a machine?

Use : Practicing the waist: grab the handle, stand with your feet on the rotating plate. Slowly turn the body from one side to the other. Walking practice: grab the handle, stand on the footpaths and move your feet alternately forwards and backs. Never move both feet in the same direction. Surfing equipment: grab the handles with both hands, stand on the footpath and oscillate from one side to the other.

Implementation Passport practice: we recommend 3 series with a break between series according to the physical condition of the exerciser. If you feel any pain, stop exercising. Practicing walking: D we recommend 3-5 exercises after about 3 minutes with a break according to the physical condition of the exerciser. If you feel any pain, stop exercising. Surfing equipment: we recommend 2 -3 exercises after about 2 minutes with a break between series according to the physical condition of the exercise person. If you feel any pain, stop exercising.
