How do you train on a machine?
Use : Put yourself on the bench and put your feet against the rung. Make movements seated – lie with your arms crossed on your chest. Keep your legs in a bent position.
Implementation We recommend 3 series every 10 exercises with a one-minute break between series and further according to the physical condition of the training person. If you feel any pain, stop exercising.
