Note : The maximum weight of the user is 120 kg. Another non-practicing person is prohibited from entering within 2m of the user. The device may only be used unattended by persons with a minimum height of 140 cm. Use other than that is prohibited. The equipment complies with ČSN EN 16630.

How do you train on a machine?
Use : Firmly grasp the handrails with both hands, then pull your hands from the free hanging upwards so that the chin gets above the level of the handrails. Pulls require a certain amount of strength.
Implementation We recommend 3 series after 5 exercises with a one-minute break and further according to the physical condition of the exercise person. If you feel any pain, stop exercising.
